This Ukraine story is literally all over the place

1). A whistleblower was worried about a conversation they had first hand knowledge of where Trump promised something to somebody
2). Then it comes out there was no quid pro quo during the conversation, and the whistleblower had no first hand knowledge of any conversation with Trump, but reported a rumor to the IG
3). Then the left's narrative shift went to it was simply wrong to even discuss Biden with Ukraine
4). Now it's Trump withheled $400 million from Ukraine a week or so before his phone conversation, and released some of that prior to the "whistleblower" filed the complaint to the IG.
Again, if the whistleblower is deemed to not even be a whistleblower, then the DNI has to release nothing and no laws are being broken (as the left keeps saying).
