That will be around $10k a killing over 3 years Why not just allow people to come in and claim their share and skip the actual killings. Sort of an honor system. Think of it as an investment in the community. Cops or white supremacists aren’t eligible. Just come in and say you were going to kill xyz because he dissed you but will take the cash instead
