If stock markets are your indicator...look at Dems vs Reps Presidents ...Trump is nicely going against that trend.
They are plans....Most of her nutty stuff will never get implemented as they cannot be done via executive order.
Lastly, I far from support her, but using "scare tactics" is just plain dumb.
