that this is a continuation or regurgitation of the attacks Hillary made against Biden when she feared he might enter the race for 2016. Warren is the likely suspect here. If an alleged whistleblower has no direct or inside knowledge of the President's communications with the foreign leader, what is his complain? He hasn't one.
