on an anti crime initiative with people killed on the streets daily.

She is one of the problems not an answer to anything. In meantime even the ultra liberal Post Dispatch wonders what is going on. However professional civil rights advocates will support her office as it swirls down the drain. After all she is a proud black woman who refuses to answer to anyone
