International policy should be set by the anxiety experience

We can’t have any child anywhere in any country experience any anxiety for any reason at any time. And if one does, and that kid addresses the United States Congress, all of our policies should change to relieve her anxiety.
This is what happens when every kid gets a trophy. No matter how good or bad or smart or stupid they are, they all think they are, “special”. They must be listened to. They must be acknowledged. They must be fetted. They must be celebrated. And of course, there must be coddled.
It’s the least we can do it.
