themselves most likely, evaluate the impact of the cheating, determine the appropriate consequences, and implement them. That's what the news article I posted was covering.
Also, keep in mind that whistle-blowers aren't always accurate or reliable. Yolanda Kumar is a recent example. It took the NCAA a long time to review that case, and ultimately they held us fully accountable for what our idiotic AD acquiesced to.
So hopefully you've learned something today... like basic arithmetic, and how investigations work.
