proposing. Warren is basically saying the rich are running a bluff. If you regulate them in favor of the working class, they'll keep investing and doing business and will accept less returns, while the middle class will be better off and that will make everything healthier overall. She ignores the law of diminishing returns and the facts that it might be very painful to disastrous for the middle class if she's wrong.
