A market based solution would have allowed the market to set the parameters for the program. A market based solution would not force people who will not be using the services to join in an effort to keep prices low for those that do. A market based solution would have allowed access to programs across state lines. A market based solution would not have needed government price supports.

This plan was designed to fail. Hillary was supposed to follow Obama into office and she was to ‘fix’ Obamacare by introducing a single payer system. This is just one of a myriad of reasons that the left cannot accept the Trump presidency.
