the 2012 and 2009 teams were really, really good

and would fit right in with the 1980 to 1994 stretch

I can't really say that about any of the Quin teams...I can say they had more talent than some of the teams from 80 to 94 which made their regular season performance more inexcusable...but I appreciated Quin's ability to get his teams to peak in the Big Dance when they made it there.

talent and experience wise if you compare the 1987 Mizzou team to the 2004 Quin team and tell me one of them will be a conference regular season and tournament champion and the other will go to the NIT I'd say on paper the conf champ should be the 2004 team. opps...
