You then have 39% of the us power offline.
Rolling blackouts everywhere, because no one creates an electrical grid with a 40% power backup.
That's the other huge hidden cost, you need to build natural gas plants (20% capacity), to back up for wind variance.
NG can be started instantly, unlike a cola plant.
