influences averages.

When comparing education by averages between races, blacks trail whites. That is a fact. It says nothing about causes. Asians lead the pack.

Black people because of this fundamental deficit in education, on average, will have less opportunities for jobs and promotions because they lack the pure population numbers compared to whites. Again here is where Asians excel.
