you posted about. All of the witness statements, internal memos, narrative reports, documentary evidence, internal forms, evidence analysis reports, chain of custody documents, etc. produced during an investigation are a part of the investigative file. Although most cases are pled and never go to court, all of these documents can be entered into the court record. When I retired the government collected all of my copies of case files, including my personal notes and internal memos.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
