St. Louis has 2,3 or 4 shootings a night and only 350,000 people maybe 2/3 black. I just don't remember it being this much of a problem. What has happened? Drugs have been around for decades war or no war on them. Economy is good but what the hell is going on? I saw last night on tv meetings to discuss which wouldn't garner 50 people. One black minister said time to take personal responsibility which I agree but of the people 80% older black women and no younger guys . Don't think the shooters are old black women. What is the answer ?
