Health records are even more personal than financial records. I would never publically release them.

I think he has some obvious issues going on but that is a decision for him and his family to make. As voters, we are free to draw whatever conclusions we wish from his gaffs. He has always been a bumbling speaker but the mistakes are definitely coming more often recently.
