via tipping the "trade imbalance" in our favor (or bringing jobs back to the US) and surcharging money being wired to Mexico from Mexicans working here. Just to clear up your usual dishonesty.

But, IMO, he still never should've campaigned on the promise that Mexico "will pay for it".
