narrowing the ghetto and crime gap with STL in recent years. You've really stepped up your game.

But I have to tell you, we are and always will be the king of crime in Missouri. We aren't going to let some upstart take the crown from us.

I just wanted to get that on the record.

Prove I'm wrong.
