The DOJ is withholding the security clearance necessary to allow Flynn's attorney to view prosecution documents. They are also refusing to provide Brady material, including original notes and versions of FBI 302 reports pertinent to their interview of Flynn. In this case, the DOJ is represented by the remnants of the Mueller prosecution team. Barr will likely step in, if a court does not.
