After reading the various posts by the usual suspects yesterday morning, the stray thought wandered into this old head, namely "is institutional racism" just a liberal excuse for the failure of liberal policies and leadership to eliminate all traces of race from American society?
The libs have had roughly sixty years for their leadership and policies to achieve success and they still complain that what has been achieved is not enough. They blame it on that nebulous creature "institutional racism", but never look at themselves or their policies and programs. Have you ever heard a liberal admit he or she was wrong or made a mistake?
