Not sure how changing the permit laws stop idiots like this since illegal to shoot at people anyway. Dems think changing laws will change behavior . LOL Guy who is 25 years old should know by now but apparently a thug who has no sense or cares less

Easy way out and makes them feel better when the problem is internal not imposed on them
