package that is included in my employment contract. For someone who spends half his life talking about contracts you do not have a very firm grasp on what they actually are.

I provide a public service, the public pays me for said service. Even someone as challenged as you should be able to figure this one out.

Every state constitution includes public education. If you feel this is not needed feel free to amend the constitution of your state to change it. Good luck little guy!
