on the night of the event (in Dec) he said he didn't do it and there were no marks on her neck, as shown by police body cams, but they lied and said there was swelling and red marks
later that night (still in Dec) they went back and marks on her neck appeared
then in march she recanted her statement, saying she lied about the assault occurring
then in May she admitted to faking the red marks to try and support her now debunked assault claim
in June his lawyer files for the case to be dismissed, but is denied
then in july, he's forced to plead guilty to a lesser charge for an assault that never occurred, and is put on 2 years probation?
am i reading that right?
