Chap 11 and RE partnerships go hand in glove
I represented a client in LA who had 10 going at once out of 145 apt complexes as a result of the 1986 Tax Act. I think all but 2 emerged for the better
Does not say one thing or the other about Trump character or his business acumen. He is a NY clown in many respects but join the crowd
