Secondly - he is an alleged rapist, he was facing charges. I recall the great rigamaroll about a judge up for the Supremes and how he was Innocent until Proven Guilty, but then he was well-bred rather than wet-back.

Just a slight. There are good and bad folks everywhere. That he came into the US under the radar - I really could not care less. Change the laws = Triple the quota for immigrants and visas. All good. That a bad one gets in is par for the course.
