they've cross-bred the varieties to create what consumers want - melons with no seeds, that'll fit in your refrigerator.

In the process, they've killed the taste and things that made melons great. Hard to find some varieties anymore. The Crimson Sweets, Charleston Grays, Black Diamonds, have all been replaced by a **** melon that's the size of a cantaloupe.
