The original fundamental purpose of this board is to confine the hate speech here and not have it bleed over into other aspects of the site. That isn't the objective of moderation for this portion of the site.
Also, I'm not sure the ramblings of the poster you are objecting to are even words. Its much more likely that a random arrangement of letters happened to just result in chink than it having any actual context.
