probably not even "hate" per se. Its just that self-described liberals, who proudly call themselves that, are programmed neurologically to dislike, despise, resist, counter..."hate" ANYthing that is conservative, republican and currently, that is Trump - who is not particularly likable in any case.

They are self-validated when all their friends and peer group, and nearly all their teachers always have said to "hate" the category I specified above. Its a huge dose of confirmational bias as well, when that hated group does or says something that may not be prudent or beneficial. Thats proof to them that EVERYthing that group, party or person does is to be contested, fought, and hated. And any of them can rarely ever explain why they feel that way or why the policy they despise is not a good one, as they prove constantly here and in the media. Its brainwashed groupthink at its finest, exactly like the No Koreans who actually do worship their own Dear Leader for anything he does or says. All rather amazing, really.

Thats my brief take on it.
