They loved Obama, he was an empty suit but a well-spoken, witty empty suit. Europe has never gotten past their aristocratic beginnings and to an aristocrat, Trump is the very worst type of person, he comes from new money. That is worse than a peasant to them because he is not their equal but believes himself to be.
