in an attempt to look like they were offering an opposing position and trying to move back to a "fair and balanced" approach. She also opens doors to those Dems/Politicos who were anti-Hillary (of which there are many) and to the black community.
CNN hired McCabe because he's connected (despite your claims of what he did against Trump) to people in the intelligence agencies. He has access to people that may lead to information and connections that may open doors. Sure, he supports their political bias, but it's the same game.
