he hasn't always had that issue and it isn't an accent problem. It is slurred speech.

We know he isn't drunk, because he doesn't drink. Dude is 74 years old, and you would expect his health to become a problem. He lies about his health. He has his doctor lie about his weight, and his health.

They did a better job of covering up Reagan's Alzheimer's Disease, than what is happening to Trump in every video.
