emphasis is put on the playoffs.
The year the Patriots lost to the Giants, the Pats were clearly the best team in football.
Just like the playoffs, everything is reset at the end, to create drama for the winner....He will get POTY, but maybe not the Fed Ex Cup...which is really the playoff winner, similar to the Lombardi trophy. Brooks is starting in 3rd place, just 3 strokes behind, so he is in a very good position.
