There is no change in the slope of those lines after 1994. the slope of the violent crime rate changed ~1990 and continued until 2004
The slope of incarceration was pretty much the same from 1970 until 2000.
How can you claim the success of the 1994 crime bill. These are graphs YOU posted, so I did not go out and cherry pick data.
