suppose to stand there until the end of time waiting for this BIG guy to give up and be handcuffed...Hey, he was selling the evil tobacco so the cops were just keeping people safe right. The guy was in a choke hold for less than 10 seconds, if that, the officer was railroaded. His life has been hell the past 5 years knowing this was coming down...and police recruitment is down..no shyt...
