You want me to educate myself with a NGO that mission is to highlight concerns persons with low income or those who are otherwise especially vulnerable to health-care cost, such as the uninsured, those with chronic illnesses, or Medicaid/Medicare recipients.

I love the fact that they leave out countries in their math so they can prove their points.
