there's not a single player in the MLS who wouldn't leave to play in the EPL if given the chance, and there's not a single player in the EPL who would voluntarily leave to play in the MLS. I think that's a strong indictment on the quality of the league relative to the EPL, but EPL is also the top league in the world. once you start looking at other leagues, you get a better understanding of where the MLS stands.
but there's no question it's not better than the leagues in England, Germany, Italy, Spain, or France, and probably not as good as Mexico's.
probably maybe on par with some of the other lesser european leagues though.
is stl gets a team i assume they'd be in the east since sacramento will be in the west. nashville and miami will also be east and austin will be west.
