6 times in the 90s(going 5-1)

The only other 4 Western schools to play in the 5A title game of the 90s:

Blue Springs(won)
Blue Springs South(lost)
Oak Park(lost)
Rockhurst(lost)

So I guess Rockhurst finally got back there in 1999, but lost. But that was the start of their revival, they were STRONG in the early 2000s. Lost in 99, Won state in 2000, 2002, 2007
