Shouldn't this have already been investigated as is protocol in LE-involved shootings?

Let's face it - you're only posting this to stoke racial fires and the anti-LE narrative you so crave, and are afraid the review won't reach the conclusion you'd like it to.....if it even happens.

If you weren't, you'd wait until the review was completed.
