I came across a mention of the Rwandan genocide tonight on twitter and had to look it up to refresh my memory:

Something like 800,000 people killed in 100 days, mostly hacked to death by machetes.
Based on the comments I see, I'm not sure certain segments of the liberal population wouldn't want to do the same thing here to anyone they don't like if they could.
