close to Norm as any other modern day coach, whereas when we tried to replicate that era by hiring Kim he was about as different from Norm as possible. We destroyed our program trying to recreate the past, then will ultimately succeed in recreating the past by hiring the next guy.

I agree completely with your comments on stability. The other missing factor is Norm had Rich Daly. That is when his program really took off from a national level. Cuonzo doesn't have a Rich Daly yet.
