I need to get some records for an upcoming trial.

I have a terrible lawyer representing me- me.


I had the court issue a subpoena for the records which
were served by the constable. The subpoeny was served
on July 15 and they were given until July 30 to have mailed them to me. Obviously the people are not complying.


I have been to the self help center, the clerk's office

and called the court in question about the non compliance to the subpoena. They all claim they are clueless and can't give me legal advice (even though that's exactly what the self help center is supposed to be for).

Whats my next step?
