I'm talking about aiming at the round circle bulleye, and missing that by 2 inches, the whole circle. So, an attempted head shot might hit the neck or shoulder. But Fester I shoot with people who can cluster in the bullseye from 75 ft. They have sponsors and shot thousands of rounds a month. One was point man for swat and he can hit a perp from 100 yards, with a 9mm.
