HS classmate was at Home Depot in Florissant last week when a woman tried to walk out with a weed eater. And then accused her of trying to walk out with her weedeater when store employees showed up.
Employees said the thief was a regular. She beat feet and got in a car with no plates and left.
But stopping that car would be a terrible infringement on her rights....and profiling.
