There is nothing in the article where he talks about himself.
Instead, he is quoted as saying, "We will be ending the AIDS epidemic shortly in America, and curing childhood cancer very shortly."
You have problems with trump and his bragging and his tweeting and the stock market...but don't let your distaste for the man color your judgement and perception.
