I don't think there was evil intent on that play.

best examples of dirty

1. take out slides at 2nd base (beyond just a normal slide)
2. Running over a catcher with arms pushing through, especially If aimed towards the head
3. Pitcher intentionally throwing at head of batter (intent is much tougher many times here)
