so how else is the city going to get revenue?

Every change is going to have consequences.
Its easy to say- well throw out all these fees. Fine. How does the city operate then? Be specific. Its easy to
throw out slogans and talking points but not so easy to deal with the real world.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
