Maybe it was racially motivated by the idiot prosecutor. But they gave no evidence of that. Only the mother's opinion.
And um, this happened in april. Last week the mom found out that he was to appear in court tomorrow. What don't i understand?
The kid did what kids do. Smacked another kid with a ball playing a game where the intent is to smack another kid with a ball.
