a fiscal conservative. He likes to spend as much as the last POTUS did. That said, you do understand that each successive budget has to address the increase in the cost of servicing the deficit. Trump has to spend to pay interest on Obama's deficit and the next POTUS in 2024 will have to designate an increasing portion of his first budget to pay Trump's interest costs.
