Not only did they give Hillary aides immunity, they agreed to destroy the contents of their laptops, in order to avoid Freedom of information act requests.
Mills was also allowed to continue working as Hillary's lawyer.
This "investigation" was a lot of hard work , in trying to figure out how NOT to charge her.
