First, it is a primary, not an election.
Second, political parties can choose their candidate at convention, and there is no Constitutional requirement for a state-by-state primary system. For example, does the Green Party use a primary system?
Third, it has nothing to do with qualifying as a candidate.
Fourth, it has nothing to do with voting rights.
Fifth, nobody here has presented a sound reason why it is a Constitutional issue. Nobody.
