conditions AND work backwards to match already measured data.
All the current models are crap because the only way they can be forced to match current data is to make adjustments to them.
Politics is the driving force behind this not science. Leave the scientist alone and eventually they will come up with a climate model that works. But they are being pushed in a direction that may never yield the correct model.
